RLTB
I’m doing some freelance work this week that takes up eight hours of my day. Now I’m wondering how I ever had time to blog when I had a full-time job. I’m also wondering if I’ll ever have time to blog once my baby’s born. For now, though, I just need to sleep. While I still can.

I know a Malaysian blogger who used to post daily before his baby was born… and then weekly after his baby was born… hahaha

You might get a baby who sleeps. Some do. I hope that a Happy baby will sleep and bring peace and joy and contentment to his/her Happy parents. Here’s a hint from a mother of four: they sleep best when you bring them into bed with you and they get breastfed there in a warm, safe, loving place. They don’t have to stay all night. I got up and got them when they cried, brought them into bed and nursed them until both the baby and I fell into a deep sleep. A couple hours later, my husband would wake up, and take the baby (now sleeping very deeply) back to its own bed. A baby needs to feel warm, secure, safe and loved. Mine all slept with us for periods of time and became very secure and have been happily sleeping on their own for years now.
By the way, congratulations for being a great husband and finding work and doing it. I’ve seen so many men who lost a job and then sulked around waiting for their dream job to show up until their families were financially ruined (I am NOT talking about MY Beloved). I think that’s the temptation when one is focused on oneself and not on one’s ministry to one’s family. God blesses servant leaders. Keep up the great work.

I don’t know, my little cousin Joanna was quite the quiet, sleepy, happy baby!
